Long time no see

It's been a while since I've posted here.  Thanks to everyone who sent messages asking if I was OK. I had a busy few weeks at work and some health issues to deal with but don't worry I've done plenty of stitching so I have some things to share with you.

I am keeping up to date with the Lizzie*Kate monthly designs that were very kindly gifted to me by Julie.
A Bit of June by Lizzie*Kate
Stitched on 16 count Tin aida by Sew it All
with DMC threads
Started 11 June 2017, finished 17 June 2017

A Bit of May by Lizzie*Kate
Stitched on 16 count Clay aida by Sew it All
with DMC threads
Started 1 June 2017, finished 3 June 2017

I'm also keeping up to date with the monthly Lili of the Valley fairy series...

June fairy by Lili of the Valley
Stitched on 16 count Kelp aida
with DMC threads
Started 3 June 2017, finished 10 June 2017

May fairy by Lili of the Valley
Stitched on 16 count Cloud Blue aida
with DMC threads
Started 24 May 2017, finished 1 June 2017

I'm very proud of the fact that I have kept up with the Under the Sea SAL by Lakeside Needlecrafts, designed by Durene Jones.  Hot off my needle this morning is the whole thing including July's mermaid.

This is such a fun stitch but always takes me longer than I think it will to stitch each part!

I will be back soon with more including a couple of finishes, another SAL I am working on, an exchange and a new start.

Until next time

Justine

The 'tin' and 'clay' aida - are those the names of shades ? I couldn't really make out that clay aida looks like clay so was curious to know.
